3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All service appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • Confirmed appointments will be communicated via SMS, call, or email.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay. You may also choose cash or UPI at the time of service (if available in your area).

  • Payment must be completed before or at the time of service.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store card or UPI details on our servers.
  • By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the selected method for the agreed-upon service amount.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee based on the service type and area.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, a refund request must be raised within 7 days of service. Each request is reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and location information.
  • You must ensure pets, children, and sensitive items are secured prior to our visit.
  • Post-treatment precautions and guidelines provided by the technician must be followed for effectiveness and safety.

7. Service Guarantee

Our pest control services are backed by industry-standard practices. Some services may include a limited guarantee period. Recurring pest issues outside guarantee periods or due to customer negligence may require a new service booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, text, images, and service descriptions is the intellectual property of Super Star Pest Control. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services will first be addressed through mutual communication. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

11. Privacy Policy

All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure your data is protected and never shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
